By reaching out to our customers I was able to create an online community that helped to bring others who were interesting in our tour to us. The online sales were up considerably and the demand is growing. After creating the connection with the guests I asked them to review the company on Trip Advisor. The company went from zero reviews to nine in the first summer, all five stars. This sent a lot of traffic to the site for reservations. I helped streamline communications and analytics in the company by setting up Google Apps for Business. We were then able to collaborate and track our marketing instantly.
